In the Happiest Workplaces Survey of Turkey organized by Happy Place to Work, NGTech has earned the right to receive a 2-star Outstanding Employee Experience certificate with an average of over 80 points.
Our founding partners Özkan Subaşı and Tayfun Tarı gave their opinions about the award we won: “This award is very valuable for our permission because our focus has been on “human” first since the day we were founded. We have never had a goal like being the biggest, but striving to be the best has always been our priority. We are very aware that it is not possible to be the best without a happy working environment and happy employees who fill that environment. This award is very valuable in order to see that we are walking towards the same goal with all our teammates and that we are happy on this path, to be able to feel more deeply that we share this motivation together.”
